2BE water ring vacuum pump is a single-stage single-acting water ring vacuum pump widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, papermaking and other industries, which is suitable for pumping gas or steam without solid particles. The core component is an eccentricly mounted impeller, which rotates to form a water ring structure, and uses the volume change to realize the intake and discharge of gas. The equipment has the characteristics of compact structure, stable operation and convenient maintenance, but it needs regular maintenance to ensure performance after long-term operation.

Maintenance steps and key points
Disassembly process
Remove the coupling, bearing frame and side cover, and remove the impeller and shaft assembly.
Use copper rods or soft metal liners when disassembling to avoid hard knocking and damaging the parts.
Critical component inspection
Impeller: Check for cracks, wear and balance, and the minimum thickness of the blade should meet the standard (for example, when the outer diameter of the impeller is > 315mm, the minimum thickness of the cast iron blade ≥6mm).
Pump shaft: measure the straightness (≤ 0.02mm at the journal, 0.05mm ≤ in the middle), and there should be no scars on the surface.
Bearing: Check the surface of the ball and slideway to ensure that there is no corrosion and pit marks, and the fit tolerance conforms to H7/k6 (shaft) and J7/h6 (bearing housing).
Sealing device: The mechanical seal needs to check the status of the dynamic and static ring, O-ring and spring, and the packing seal needs to adjust the compression amount.
Assembly requirements
Assemble in reverse order of disassembly, clean each part and apply oil protection.
The gap between the impeller and the side cover shall meet the standard of Table 6 (for example, when the outer diameter of the impeller is > 200mm, the total clearance is 0.30-0.40mm).
The coaxiality error of the coupling ≤ 0.18mm (when the outer diameter > 290mm).
