Cleaning & Inspection:
Regularly clean the dust and debris inside and outside the fan, especially the dust and dirt on the blades, to prevent rust and reduce air loss.
Check whether there is any debris blocking at the air inlet and outlet of the fan to ensure smooth airflow.
Clean or replace the filters at the air inlets and outlets to prevent dust and debris from entering the inside of the fan.
Lubrication & Replacement:
The lubricating oil in the bearing housing needs to be changed regularly, normally every six months or so, to reduce wear and friction.
Check the wear and tear of wearing parts such as bearings, oil seals and silencers, and replace them in time to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
Temperature & Vibration Monitoring:
During operation, the bearing temperature should be checked frequently to see if it is normal, generally less than 40 °C. If the temperature rises abnormally, it should be stopped immediately for inspection.
Monitor the vibration of the fan, if the vibration increases, it may be caused by bearing damage, impeller imbalance or spindle deformation, etc., which need to be investigated and dealt with in time.
Safe Operation:
Ensure that the fan is placed in a stable, clean and dry place, and the surrounding environment should be free of corrosive gases and flammable and explosive materials.
When the fan is working, avoid the complete closure of the air inlet and air outlet, so as to avoid excessive heat and motor overcurrent.
After stopping the machine and cutting off the power supply, maintenance and overhaul will be carried out to ensure personal safety.image (2).jpg
