The installation of the 2RB circular blower must strictly follow technical specifications: The foundation should be made of cast concrete and fitted with rubber vibration isolation pads. The level error of the spindle must be controlled within 0.05mm, and the coaxiality deviation between the motor shaft and the spindle must not exceed 0.02mm. The pipe connections should use flexible hoses with a length of no less than 2mm and a diameter that is 10% larger than the blower outlet diameter. The bend angle should be greater than 90° to avoid right-angle T-joints to reduce pressure loss. During the debugging phase, the air inlet should be closed for a trial start, and after confirming the correct rotation direction, gradually open the damper. The motor current must not exceed the rated value. In daily maintenance, the lubrication status of the bearings should be checked monthly using lithium-based grease that can withstand temperatures of 180°C, replacing it every six months. The air intake filter should also be cleaned to prevent dust from entering the compression chamber and causing wear on the impeller. If abnormal vibrations or noises occur, the machine must be stopped immediately to check the impeller clearance, measuring the axial play with a thousandth gauge; the standard value is 0.05-0.1mm. For long-term shutdowns, the lubricating oil in the gearbox must be drained, and a dust cover used to prevent rusting. With scientific maintenance, the 2RB blower can achieve over 10 years of stable operation, reducing comprehensive operating costs by more than 40%.
