Installation Steps1. Positioning the Fan- Use lifting equipment to place the fan on the foundation, ensuring the base is centered over the foundation.- If using shock absorbers (such as spring dampers or rubber dampers), install the shock-absorbing devices before placing the fan.2. Rough Leveling and Alignment- Use a level to adjust the fan base to ensure it is level, with longitudinal and lateral deviations ≤ 0.5/1000.- Initially tighten the anchor bolts (not completely secured).3. Motor Installation and Coupling/Pulley Alignment(1) Directly Coupled Fan (Coupling Connection)- Install the motor, ensuring alignment with the fan shaft:- Radial deviation ≤ 0.05mm- Axial deviation (angular) ≤ 0.02mm/m- Use a dial indicator or laser alignment tool for calibration.(2) Belt-driven Fan- Adjust the parallelism between the motor and the fan pulley, with a deviation ≤ 1mm/m.- Check the belt tension by pressing down on the middle of the belt with your finger; a deflection of about 10~15mm is appropriate.4. Secondary Grouting (for Fixed Installations)- Fill the anchor bolt holes with high-strength grouting material (such as epoxy resin mortar).- Cure for 24~48 hours (depending on the material), and after fully curing, check the level and alignment again, and finally tighten the bolts.5. Duct Connection- Inlet:- Ensure smooth airflow at the inlet, avoiding sharp bends or direct connections with reduced diameter pipes.- It is recommended to install a protective net (to prevent foreign objects from being sucked in).- Outlet:- Use flexible connections (such as canvas flexible joints) to reduce vibration transmission.- Duct diameter ≥ fan outlet diameter, to avoid excessive system resistance.6. Electrical Wiring- Wire according to the electrical schematics, ensuring that the voltage and frequency match those on the motor nameplate.- Check the rotation direction: perform a trial run, observing whether the impeller rotation direction matches the markings on the casing (reverse direction requires phase adjustment).
