Rough Leveling and Alignment- Use a level to check the horizontal alignment of the fan base; longitudinal and lateral deviations should be ≤0.2/1000.- Pre-tighten the anchor bolts (not completely tightened).3. Motor Installation and Coupling Alignment- Install the motor on the corresponding base and connect it to the fan through the coupling.- Use a dial indicator to correct the coupling concentricity:- Radial deviation ≤0.05mm;- Axial deviation (angular) ≤0.02mm/m.- Once alignment is complete, tighten the motor anchor bolts.4. Secondary Grouting- Pour high-strength grouting material (such as epoxy grout) into the anchor bolt holes and cure until completely hardened (typically 3-7 days).- Check the leveling and alignment again, and finally tighten the anchor bolts.5. Piping Connection- **Inlet and Outlet Pipelines:- Use flexible joints (such as rubber hoses) to reduce vibration transmission, the pipe diameter ≥ the fan interface diameter.- Avoid sharp bends or right-angle elbows to reduce system resistance.- Install silencers and filters as per design requirements on the inlet and outlet pipelines.- Pressure relief valve: install on the outlet pipeline if required by the system, set pressure ≤ the rated pressure of the fan.6. Electrical and Control System- Wire according to the electrical schematic, ensuring the power supply voltage matches the motor nameplate.- Check if the overload protection, phase protection, and other functions in the control cabinet are working properly.
