The gearbox housing and flange are manufactured from ADC12 die-cast aluminum alloy, offering good mechanical strength, dimensional stability, and lightweight construction while maintaining efficient heat dissipation.

Precision Planetary Gear Set

The internal transmission system adopts a precision planetary gear structure to ensure stable power transmission and long-term operating reliability.

  • Ring Gear: 40Cr

  • Planetary Gear: 20CrMnTi

  • Surface Hardness: HRC58–62

  • Core Hardness: HRC33–40

The hardened gear surface improves wear resistance, while the tough gear core helps withstand continuous mechanical loads.

The input side features a hollow shaft with keyway and is equipped with a motor adapter for convenient motor installation.
