Structure

Working Principle
Positive Displacement Operation
HC Rotary Air Blower operates based on the positive displacement principle.
The rotor is mounted eccentrically inside the cylinder. As the rotor rotates, the volume between the rotor lobes and the cylinder changes continuously. This changing volume allows the blower to complete the processes of air suction, compression, and discharge in each rotation cycle.
The continuous movement of the rotor provides a stable airflow suitable for industrial aeration and pneumatic conveying applications.
Automatic Lubrication
During operation, the pressure difference generated inside the blower automatically transfers lubricating oil from the oil tank to the oil drip nozzle. The oil then enters the cylinder to lubricate the moving components.
This lubrication system helps reduce mechanical friction, decrease operating noise, and limit the return of compressed air inside the cylinder, contributing to stable and reliable operation.
