When a vacuum system needs to handle a large amount of gas, choosing the right pump is not just about looking at the model number. You need to check the suction capacity, operating speed, power, and required vacuum level. The 2BE3-720 water ring vacuum pump is designed for this type of demanding industrial work. Do not forget the supporting equipment. Piping size, separator capacity, working liquid temperature, cooling conditions, motor selection, and drive type can all affect the final system performance.
If the required capacity is close to one of the listed operating points, it is also useful to leave some operating margin instead of running the pump continuously at its maximum point.
In short, the 2BE3-720 is mainly about handling a large gas load. Its capacity of up to 38,100 m³/h gives it a wide operating range for large industrial vacuum systems. By matching suction capacity, vacuum level, speed, and motor power with the actual process, users can build a more suitable and stable vacuum system.
