I. Check the Power Supply and Pipeline Direction

When a water ring vacuum pump has no vacuum or the vacuum level drops significantly, the first step is to check whether the basic installation is correct. Confirm that the motor wiring matches the electrical requirements to avoid reverse rotation, which may prevent the pump from working properly. At the same time, check whether the inlet and outlet pipelines are connected in the correct direction. Incorrect pipeline installation can stop the pump from creating normal vacuum pressure.

II. Check Whether the Water Supply System Is Working Properly

The working liquid is very important during the operation of a water ring vacuum pump. Check whether the water inlet is blocked and ensure the pipeline is unobstructed so that water can enter normally.
