Reliable Protection in Harsh Operating Conditions
The all-metal construction (spindle, adjusting nut, and spring are steel; other components are aluminum alloy) provides corrosion resistance and high-temperature tolerance. It is suitable for high-temperature, humid, or corrosive gas environments, such as offshore platforms and mine ventilation.
The safety valve must be installed vertically on the inlet or outlet pipeline of the side channel blower, ensuring an unobstructed pressure relief path.
Avoid installation at pipe bends or near valves, flanges, or other areas that may generate turbulence, as this can affect pressure relief accuracy.
Check the set pressure and reseating pressure of the safety valve every 6 months to ensure they meet the set values (error ≤ 5%).

Operators must receive professional training and be familiar with the safety valve's operating principle and emergency procedures.
Before selecting a 2BX series safety valve, confirm that its materials (e.g., aluminum alloy components) are compatible with the process media to avoid chemical reactions leading to corrosion or leakage.
For high-temperature applications (>100°C), confirm the spring's temperature resistance with the manufacturer in advance and select a model with special materials if necessary.
If the safety valve opens frequently, immediately check the system for pressure abnormalities (e.g., pipeline blockage, blower failure) and record the number of relief events and pressure values for analysis.
After each pressure relief event, check the valve's sealing performance to prevent secondary leakage caused by residual media.
