I. Comprehensive Product Range

Greentech International (Zhangqiu) Co., Ltd. designs, manufactures, and supplies a robust portfolio of high-performance industrial equipment. Our complete product range includes:

II. Detailed Warranty Terms & Coverage

1. Warranty Duration and Eligibility

·Timeframe: The seller warrants that products, manufactured parts, and work (including installation and start-up) will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months after the initial startup date, whichever occurs first.

·Beneficiary Limitations: This warranty extends strictly to the buyer and/or original end user. Under no circumstances shall the seller be liable for property damage sustained by any third-party beneficiary designated by law.

·Third-Party Components: All accessories furnished by the seller but manufactured by external third parties carry exclusively that specific manufacturer's standard warranty.

2. Claim Submission and Resolution Process

·Notification Timeline: All claims for defective products, parts, or work must be submitted in writing immediately upon discovery, and strictly within one (1) year from the date of shipment or completion.

·Remedy Options: Upon claim submission and official approval, the seller reserves the right to either:

·Repair or replace the defective product, part, or work at the original Ex-works point of shipment.

·Refund an equitable portion of the purchase price.

·Logistics & Inspection: Installation and transportation costs are excluded from the warranty. Defective items must be retained for the seller's inspection and returned to the designated Ex-works point upon request.

III. Disclaimers, Limitations & Void Conditions

1. Legal and Operational Disclaimers

·Exclusion of Implied Warranties: There are no warranties, expressed, implied, or statutory extending beyond the face description, including all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

·Adverse Operating Environments: Equipment is not warranted for operations involving:

Erosive or corrosive materials.

Substances leading to material build-up within the unit.

Media incompatible with the designated construction materials.

Note: The buyer holds no claim for failures resulting from these conditions.

2. Conditions That Void the Warranty

The warranty is rendered completely null and void under the following actions:

·Unauthorized Modifications: Any unauthorized repairs, alterations, or disassembly performed without prior written consent from the seller.

·Operational Misuse: Improper use, operation beyond design capacity, or substitution of parts not approved by the seller.

·Third-Party Interference: Alterations or repairs by external parties that adversely and materially impact product performance.

·Unauthorized Terms Changes: No employee or representative—other than an official Company Officer—has the authority to modify these warranty terms, and any such change must be formalized in writing.
