As the core aeration equipment in the field of aquaculture, the stainless steel NSRH125 three-blade root blower is designed to solve the pain points of low efficiency, high energy consumption, and frequent maintenance of traditional fans, and provide stable and efficient pneumatic support for the breeding environment. The model is based on a three-blade impeller structure, which rotates in reverse in the casing through two sets of symmetrically arranged impellers, forming a unique "low-pressure suction-high-pressure discharge" circulation system. When the impeller rotates, the air inlet volume generates an instantaneous vacuum (volume V') due to the displacement of the impeller, and the outside air is forcibly sucked in by using the atmospheric pressure difference.

Subsequently, the gas is compressed in the closed cavity between the impeller and the casing, and the air outlet forms a high pressure (volume V") due to the resistance of the pipe, and finally transports it to the aquaculture water body with high concentration and high flow rate. This process not only realizes the rapid dissolution of oxygen, but also breaks the stratification of water bodies through water flow, promotes the exchange of water quality between the upper and lower layers, effectively inhibits the breeding of anaerobic bacteria, reduces the concentration of harmful substances such as ammonia nitrogen and hydrogen sulfide, and creates a healthy living environment for aquatic organisms such as fish, shrimp and crabs.

In practical applications in aquaculture, NSRH125's corrosion-resistant stainless steel material, typically 304 or 316L, becomes a significant advantage. Aquaculture pond water generally contains chloride ions, salts and organic matter, and traditional carbon steel fans are prone to reduced sealing due to rust, and even cause leakage risks. The stainless steel casing not only resists chemical corrosion but also withstands high temperature and humidity environments, extending the life of the equipment to 8-10 years.

In addition, this model adopts a low-noise design, and the gap control between the impeller and the casing (usually ≤ 0.15mm) reduces the vibration caused by airflow impact, and the operating noise is less than 65 decibels, avoiding disturbing the farmed organisms, especially suitable for high-density aquaculture factory workshops or night aeration scenarios. Its modular structure supports multiple parallel operation, and the speed can be adjusted through the frequency converter, which can accurately match the dissolved oxygen demand of different breeding stages (such as seedling stage and adult fish stage), which not only avoids energy waste, but also prevents "bubble disease" caused by excessive oxygenation.
