Greentech International Distributor Agreement Guide

I. Agreement Parties & General Overview

This document outlines the official distribution partnership established between Greentech International (Zhangqiu) Co., Ltd. (Party A) and the designated regional partner (Party B).

Party B (Distributor): Appointed partner entity (details to be filled upon signing).

Establishment: Concluded by mutual discussion at the head office of either party to authorize Party B as an official distributor.

II. Scope of Partnership & Territory

1. Covered Products

Party B is authorized to distribute Greentech’s comprehensive portfolio of industrial blowers, vacuum systems, and material handling equipment, including:

Blowers: 3-lobe & 2-lobe Roots blowers, air suspension blowers, maglev turbo blowers, multistage centrifugal blowers, single-stage high-speed centrifugal blowers, and side channel (ring/regenerative) blowers.

Vacuum & Handling Systems: Liquid ring (water ring) vacuum pumps, Roots vacuum pumps, rotary valves (rotary feeders/airlocks), and pneumatic conveying systems.

Transmission: Industrial gear-boxes and related components.

2. Territory and Target Industry

Selling Territory: Specific geographic region assigned to Party B (to be designated in the final agreement).

Selling Industry: Specified market sectors or industries where Party B holds distribution rights.

III. Responsibilities & Agreement Validity

1. Accountability of Parties

Party A's Responsibilities:

Directly export products to Party B.

Provide full technical support.

Guarantee product quality and required delivery lead times.

Party B's Responsibilities:

Handle marketing, sales, and localized after-sales services within the authorized territory and industry.

Fulfill the specified sales target (defined by a set quantity of equipment units or total USD amount) within the validity period.

2. Agreement Validity & Renewal

Duration: Valid for one (1) year starting from the date of joint signing by both parties.

Post-Expiration Review: Upon expiration, both parties will evaluate performance metrics to determine the subsequent action plan and potential renewal.
