Aeration blower installation, maintenance and operation optimization strategy

During installation, it is necessary to ensure that the blower is horizontally fixed to the ventilation base, the air inlet reserves more than 1.5 meters of clearance to reduce the airflow resistance, and the air outlet pipe adopts a soft connection to buffer vibration. It is recommended to install a pressure gauge and a temperature sensor to monitor the outlet pressure (0.01-0.05MPa) and bearing temperature (≤85°C) in real time. Routine maintenance requires monthly cleaning of the air cleaner, quarterly check of belt tension (deviation ≤ 5mm) and lubrication of motor bearings. If there is a drop in air volume, it is necessary to check the problem of filter blockage or impeller dust accumulation - filter blockage will increase energy consumption by more than 20%, and 0.6MPa compressed air needs to be cleaned by reverse purging. The equipment supports frequency conversion speed control, which can dynamically adjust the oxygen supply according to the breeding density, and can achieve uniform aeration at a water depth of 3 meters with a diffusion pipe, helping farmers reduce energy consumption costs and improve the survival rate of fish fry.
