The installation of the system needs to strictly follow the process specifications to ensure long-term stable operation. In the installation stage, it is necessary to focus on three major links: first, the positioning of the equipment needs to be based on the design drawings and on-site measured data to ensure the horizontal installation of key components such as sealing pumps, air ducts, and exhaust pipes, and flexible joints are installed at the connection between the air inlet pipe and the pump pipe to absorb vibration; Secondly, the tightness of the pipeline is the core of the installation, the flange connection needs to be protected by sealant and gasket, the inner wall of the compressed air pipeline needs to be derusted, and all welding points need to be verified by pressure test; Finally, the electrical system debugging needs to be carried out simultaneously, including motor steering verification, sensor signal calibration and control system logic verification to ensure that the motor current and pipeline vibration values meet the design standards during no-load test operation.
