If space constraints require horizontal installation, make sure that the valve body outlet is facing down to avoid media retention. In daily maintenance, it is recommended to manually drain once a month to prevent the disc from sticking to the valve seat, and the discharge pressure should be controlled at more than 80% of the maximum working pressure of the equipment. For common faults, such as leakage problems, the dirt can be removed by lifting the wrench by opening and closing it several times, or the sealing surface damage can be repaired by grinding process; In case of spring elastic attenuation, it is necessary to replace the spring of the same specification and re-calibrate the opening pressure. In addition, it is necessary to regularly check the integrity of the seal, and it is strictly forbidden to adjust the position of the lever hammer or the spring preload without permission, and submit it for inspection at least once a year to ensure the reliability of the action, so as to provide double guarantee for the safe operation of the equipment.
