Core Technologies & Working Principles
Continuous Kinetic Energy Transfer
After air flows into the side channel, high-speed rotating impellers propel the air to move along the impeller direction. Centrifugal force accelerates the gas, which absorbs constant energy inside the side channel for gradual pressure buildup.
Compared with traditional intermittent air supply equipment, ring blowers deliver more consistent and stable air output with minimized pressure fluctuations, enhancing overall system stability.
Side Channel Circulation Pressurization Technology
The 4RB series adopts a side channel pressurization structure. Once air enters, a circulating flow path forms between the impellers and side channels. Repeated passage of gas through the impeller zones accumulates air kinetic energy to achieve high-pressure output.
