Application Range and Features

The 2BE1 Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump is developed as an upgraded version of the proven previous-generation design, incorporating improvements in hydraulic performance and structural optimization. Compared with earlier models, it delivers efficiency improvements of up to 8% while reducing routine maintenance requirements. Designed for reliable and continuous operation, it is well suited for industrial applications requiring stable vacuum performance and dependable long-term service.

Optimized and Reliable Structure

The pump adopts a proven flat-sided liquid ring design to ensure stable performance under a wide range of operating conditions. The casing is lined with polyisoprene to improve wear resistance and help protect internal components. Flexible inlet and discharge connections reduce the impact of piping stress on the pump body, while a large inspection port provides convenient access for routine inspection and maintenance, helping reduce service time and improve operational reliability.

Wide Capacity Range

With capacities ranging from2,000 to 32,300 m³/h, the series can accommodate a broad range of process requirements. The wide performance range allows users to select suitable models for medium- and large-scale industrial systems, providing stable vacuum performance across different operating conditions.

Flexible Drive Configurations

Various drive arrangements are available to suit different installation requirements, including V-belt drives, direct-coupled synchronous motors, and gearbox transmissions. To optimize installation space, a single motor can simultaneously drive two, three, or up to four pump units through an appropriate transmission system, offering greater flexibility for equipment layout and system integration.

Multiple Installation Options

To accommodate different plant layouts, both top and side inlet and outlet connections are provided and fully machined as standard. This flexible design simplifies piping arrangements and enables easier integration into both new installations and existing production systems.

Multiple Material Options

The standard construction material is cast iron for general industrial applications. For processes involving corrosive or demanding media, a variety of optional materials are available, including SS304, SS316L, SS321, duplex stainless steel SS2205, as well as cast iron construction with stainless steel wetted parts. These material options allow the equipment to meet different process and corrosion resistance requirements.

Dual-Chamber Operating Capability

An optional internal partition wall can divide the casing into two independent operating chambers. When the pressure difference between the two chambers remains below 80 kPa, each chamber can operate independently at a different vacuum level. This configuration enables one unit to perform similarly to two separate pumps, providing increased operational flexibility and allowing the system to adapt to a wider variety of process requirements.

Typical Industrial Applications

The combination of reliable construction, flexible configuration, and broad operating capacity makes this series suitable for demanding industrial environments. It is widely applied in the paper and pulp, power generation, mining, and chemical processing industries, where continuous operation, stable vacuum performance, and dependable equipment reliability are essential.
